Coaching
How we work
Every programme follows the same four steps. The content changes with each player.
- Assess
Day-zero evaluation on court and on video: technique, positioning, decisions.
- Plan
Two or three clear priorities. Nothing generic.
- Train
Technical and tactical work, with physical preparation specific to padel.
- Measure
Re-evaluation on video so you can see the change, not just feel it.

Ways to train with me

Two to four players of similar level. Game situations, patterns and match play with constant correction.
Video analysis & online mentoring
Send your match or session on video. You get a clear diagnosis and a training plan, wherever you play.
Clinics & corporate events
Clinics for groups and companies, team-building formats and tournaments organised end to end.
On tour
Courtside at the FIP Tour
In 2026 I travelled to FIP Bronze DAMAC Abu Dhabi as the official coach of Alonso Calvache Smirnova: match preparation, courtside coaching and analysis between rounds.
The same method I use at Project Padel, applied under tournament pressure.
About
From Buenos Aires to Amman
I started coaching in 2009 and trained as a coach under Fernando “Nito” Brea, one of the first coaches certified by the Argentine Padel Association. For eight seasons at El Monasterio in Buenos Aires I coached players of every level and led pre-season work with professionals from the WPT and APT circuits.
In 2018 Nito chose me as the technical model for the first online training platform for padel coaches. After Dubai, I moved to Amman to help build Project Padel, where I am Head Coach today.
